last tuesday tried to donate blood but the staff said I can't coz my blood x tenggelam pon lam air biru tu..huhu and he said try to come back today..
but again...
still can not donate blood.. huhu hemoglobin x cukup.. darah x tenggelam pon lam air biru tuu againn..
hmm... i think i need to do check up laa later.. coz i've fainted few times b4 n mayb my blood pressure are low or i don't have enough sugar...
huhu..not sure if there's something else.. but i'm sure i'm not a thalassemia carrier coz already check it b4..

if kurang hemoglobin darah tu means that badan kita kurang iron. so kene makan lots of kerang, daging, etc.. nani pun takleh derma darah sbb hemoglobin darah kurang la. huhu.
